
Are all real estate agents alike?
Actually, most are. It’s like anything else; you have the crowd - average and typical, and then you always have those few unique individuals that stand out.
I would hope that my clients see me in that way.
Different How?
The number one complaint anyone will ever have with their real estate agent is going to be in the area of communication.
Real estate buyers, in Sandy Utah, and anywhere in the world for that matter, talk about “location, location, location”. In a Realtor they want “communication, communication, communication”.
“What’s available? What just came up on the market? What response did we get from the other guy? How the deal going? How’s the sale coming along? What’s the latest prospect have to say about my home for sale?” Etc.
What You Want to Know as a Seller or Buyer
As your Realtor, one of the most important things I can do is make sure you understand what has gone on, what’s going on, and what going to be going on.
Communication, it’s one of the reasons 98% of my local past clients call me when they have a real estate question.
